As the Part Time Property Manager – Affordable Housing, you will be a key piece in how we manage our rapidly growing portfolio daily. You will be the on a critical team that is responsible for helping to ensure that our tenants have the best possible rental experience. This role will also play a key part in sourcing and screening tenants to ensure all rental requirements are met. Speed is critical, so it’s important that the potential team member has a sense of urgency when units are vacant. As this is part of an Affordable Housing complex, compliance is of the utmost importance.
This part-time role (20 hours per week) is primarily on site at one apartment community with the potential to support a sister community close by. Hourly pay is between $16 - $20 / hour, depending on experience.
