R-Value General Contracting is hiring! We partner with the Mass Save program so you must pass a drug test and background check. Also you will need to have a 10 hour OSHA certificate. Experience in construction is highly recommended but not a requirement. There will be plenty of training on the job. Mainly, you would be blowing cellulose insulation into homes but will also do other types of weatherization. Wage will depend on experience.
