Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Being a Provider Programs Manager reviews existing and future reimbursement policies, regulations and guidelines. Ensure competitiveness of provider network by the deployment of cost effective programs and systems that deliver results that meet cost control and quality goals of the organization. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Reporting to the Director of Education and Outreach, the Instructional Systems Designer applies analysis techniques and instructional design principles to the design and development of blended learning materials related to healthcare. The Instructional Designer will support the department in the continuous improvement of instructor-led workshops, online learning and other instructional delivery systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and represent PRI?s mission, vision, and values to all internal and external customers
    • Engage clients in appropriate communication and interpersonal skills that manages client expectations and builds a collaborative relationship with the client
    • Interact with government and private sector clients, partners, and PRI staff in a professional and accountable manner, and as a representative of PRI management
    • Interact with project team members in order to successfully fulfill contract obligations with the highest quality and in a timely manner meeting PRITM 's ISO requirements
    • Instills integrity throughout the organization via active participation in ISO requirements including but not limited to timely submission of Corrective Action Plans for all matters in which either PRITM standards and/or corporate contract standards have not been met. Communicates outcomes to team members to ensure a positive, open, environment which mitigates risk and achieves a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement
    • Use instructional design knowledge and experience to create clear and engaging instructional materials that effectively meet the development needs of healthcare audiences and the goals of the organization
    • Create storyboards, audio and simulation scripts, job aids, scenarios, learning activities, instructor-led presentations, learning assessments and user guides using sound instructional design theory
    • Understand health related issues and content to have meaningful discussion with healthcare subject matter experts and other stakeholders
    • Provide support in Web applications, editorial and graphic design services to the department
    • Assisting with the development of presentation materials/curriculum and supporting the 508 and JAWs testing of curriculum efforts on contracts
    • Contribute to business development efforts for new sales and marketing
    • Balancing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and required deadlines established on both internal and external basis
