Job Title: Cannabis Provisioning Center Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to fill the role of Cannabis Provisioning Center Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, scheduling, and Point of Sale (POS) operations, along with a deep understanding of compliance, particularly with METRC. The Provisioning Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, and create a positive customer experience. The position requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Staff Management:

· Develop and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during all business hours.

· Provide leadership and direction to dispensary staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.

Point of Sale Operations:

· Oversee all aspects of the Point-of-Sale system, ensuring accurate transactions and inventory management.

· Train staff on POS procedures and troubleshoot any system issues.

· Implement best practices to optimize sales and customer service.

Compliance and METRC Experience:

· Ensure strict adherence to state regulations and company policies.

· Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience with METRC to track and report cannabis inventory accurately.

· Implement and maintain compliance protocols for all dispensary operations.

Customer Service Excellence:

· Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

· Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.

· Ensure a welcoming and informative atmosphere for both medical and recreational customers.

Inventory Management:

· Oversee product inventory, restocking, and merchandise displays.

· Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.

· Collaborate with vendors to optimize product selection and availability.

Security and Safety:

· Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard employees, customers, and assets.

· Work with security personnel to ensure a secure dispensary environment.

Results-Driven Leadership:

· Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics to achieve revenue goals.

· Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

· Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Previous management experience in a cannabis retail environment.

· Thorough understanding of METRC compliance requirements.

· Excellent knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire a team.

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

Compensation:

$18-$22 Plus Tips.
