JOB SUMMARY:
Must be registered and enrolled in a Nichols College graduate degree program and maintain a 3.0 GPA.
This graduate assistant position is a 24-month, 20 hour/week position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with coordination of all academic events; event workload is much heavier in the Spring semester and attendance at some evening/weekend events will be required.
Support the Academic Affairs team by performing administrative tasks related to the department and conducting various research projects for the Academic Deans.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to handle a multi-task work environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy/proficiency.
Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
