Being a Psychologist - M.A. uses talk therapy to treat patient illness or distress, cannot prescribe medication. Requires a master's degree in clinical psychology. Additionally, Psychologist - M.A. requires a valid state license to practice. Typically reports to a medical director. The Psychologist - M.A. work is highly independent. Specialty Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time LPN or MA to join our clinic. This position will be Monday-Friday, full time.

JOB SUMMARY
The LPN/MA provides basic medical care to patients in an orthopedic clinic; maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures; provides for the safe and efficient dispensing of doses of medication to patients consistent with the organization's procedure and as ordered by the Physician; responsible for thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of the patient's symptoms, responses and progress. Must be proficient on computer, scheduling, and have excellent phone etiquette.
