Psychologist - Ph.D evaluates patients for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Diagnoses disorders, including nature and extent, and determines the appropriate course of treatment for the patient. Being a Psychologist - Ph.D uses talk therapy to treat patient illness or distress, cannot prescribe medication. Requires a PhD in clinical psychology. Additionally, Psychologist - Ph.D requires a valid state license to practice. Typically reports to a medical director. The Psychologist - Ph.D works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.     Requirements:

    A.      Education

    ·         High school diploma or GED required.

    ·         Four-year college or university degree in clinical, counseling or school psychology or related field required.

    ·         Master of Arts in Psychology or Doctor of Psychology desired. 

    B. Direct Previous Experience

    • Minimum of two years of professional experience required.
    • Experience with psychological assessment of seniors desired.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills a must.
    • Natural ability to connect with seniors and their families desired.
    • Marketing and/or sales experience a plus.

    C. Skills:

    ·         Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases, plus the willingness to learn other computer programs and software if required.

    ·         Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    ·         High level of emotional intelligence required.

    ·         Must be detail-oriented and be able to work with numbers with a high degree of proficiency.

    ·         Must conduct all business in a professional manner, with a high level of confidentiality and perform under various time-sensitive or stressful situations.

    ·         Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as specified by the Company and by the Company’s automobile insurance carrier.
