The Project Manager partners with the SEL teams across Therapeutic Areas/Products to manage the operational aspects within the Global Medical Affairs (GMA) function
May have frequent interactions with internal customers of GMAF systems across functional areas. Will interact with agency personnel in support of GMAF systems
Primary Duties:
Supports JNJ Publication System (JPUBS) and Research Concept System (ReCAP) by providing administrative support, including maintaining user/product profiles, supporting super users, end user inquiry support, and system usage analysis
Supports JPUBS, ReCAP, and Scientific Knowledge and Information Management (SKIM) systems with defining user requirements, training modules/QRGs, and system documentation.
Support JPUBS and ReCAP in weekly calls with system vendor to implement new phased releases and resolve system issues.
Create and execute test scripts and ad-hoc testing for the following systems: JPUBS, ReCAP and SKIM.
Create and distribute JPUBS and ReCAP communications to stakeholders via email and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Supports GMAF SharePoint sites with end user requests and site administration
Perform SKIM System Administration, including adding new products, user management, troubleshooting, and super user support.
Supports GMAF with ad-hoc requests as needed
Execute and create test scripts and ad-hoc testing for the following systems: JPUBS, ReCAP, SKIM and Qlik Sense.
