HR GENERALIST
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working HR Generalist for a company Automotive Industry based in Vance, AL.
In this position you will be primarily responsible for payroll, employee relations, performance, and other HR duties. Pay Rate
$60,000 to $65,000Contract salary.. Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 800 am to 500 pm. HR Generalist Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and approves employee times using our time and attendance system
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Records data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, logistics, absences, counseling issues, and dates of and reasons for terminations
- Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions. HR Generalist Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with members of the production and management staff
- Previous experience supporting a large hourly workforce.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field andfive or moreyears of generalist experience Job Type
