Purpose: Mary Lee Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing diverse services and housing to adults with various types of disabilities. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to ensure overall quality and service delivery for our HCS and ICF Program. This role's primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, planning and supervising training.
Responsibilities:
- Food Pantry- ensure all CM’s complete the needed trainings, ensure all temp & food logs are being completed and filed correctly.
- Submit the monthly report to the food bank and work with QIDPs/Administrator on weekly food orders and inventory.
- Review all incident/accident reports in Task Master Pro and paper documentation.
- Train all staff regarding using Task Master Pro.
- Complete a weekly on-site inspection of all 6 homes to monitor for program compliance.
- Work with Group Home Managers to complete all initial training/onboarding for all new hires.
- Assist ICF program staff with tracking IPP and staffing due dates.
- Work with ICF staff to implement quality measure and improvement processes.
- Ensure all IPC’s, ICAP’s, ID/RC’s, IPP’s and PDP are current and work with CM & QIDP’s to implement corrective actions.
- Update and follow up on IPP and PDP documentation with ICF program clients and Group Home clients and provide training for staff when needed.
- Ensure that all staff complete fire drills upon hire and as scheduled in Task Master Pro.
- Ensure all staff complete A/N/E training upon hire and at least annually.
- Ensure that all mandatory program compliance training is completed for each staff upon hire and annually.
- Ensure survey binders are maintained with all compliance documentation for the HCS and ICF program.
- Ensuring all staff complete mandatory in-service makeup tests/competency evaluations. Maintain staff initial training, annual ANE, RN delegation, infection control and all other essential training.
- Create and implement corrective action plans to address any issues of noncompliance.
- Work with HCS and ICF Directors to address any issues of noncompliance.
- Work with CMs & QIDPs to ensure the client files/records are up to date and ensure electronic documentation is current in Task Master Pro.
- Participate in event planning and coordinate events with program staff to ensure service delivery.
- Assist with organizing the standard weekly schedule for CFC and HCS group home staff.
- Assist with covering the Southpointe front desk as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotation coverage as needed.
- Assist with covering shifts as needed and work with HCS Director for alternate days off after covering a shift.
- Assist with reviewing billing logs for HCS service delivery.
- Coordinate with nursing services to ensure all staff are trained and delegated for medication administration and special needs.
- Create memos and communications for HCS and ICF program staff to address problems and/or provide program updates as necessary.
- Create in-service training for all areas of concerns and ensure documentation is uploaded in Task Master Pro.
- Participate and assist with coordinating annual ISP and PDP meetings for HCS and ICF program clients
- Responsibilities are not limited to the above list and may include other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.

Qualifications:
- 2 years experience working with people with disabilities
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Good criminal history
- Valid Driver License
- Clean driving history
