Ivy Healthcare is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance. Your position manages the facility quality and performance improvement (QAPI) programs, including outcomes analysis. Promotes performance improvement staff education and development. The director is responsible for implementation of all aspects of the Quality Management Program including identification of opportunities to improve patient care, planning and facilitating interventions, evaluation and sustaining of success, teaching performance improvement methods, strategies, and leadership in QAPI and Survey readiness. You will also take on the role of the company's compliance officer.

You will be expected to travel approximately 70% of the time for this position. Facilities are located in the Carolinas, Montana, Iowa and Florida.
Qualifications/Education:
Minimum 10 Years' experience in Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care Previous experience in a nursing and/or administration leadership role
Knowledge of State and Federal regulations. RN Preferred Flexible/Adaptable to a changing healthcare environment
Leader with ability to focus and develop teams
Ability to develop metrics and exceed goals with deliberate, quantifiable plans
