```Job Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complex Supervisor to oversee the operations of our sports facility. The Pine Grove Sports Complex Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the complex, including facility maintenance, staff supervision, customer service, and program development. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about sports and has strong leadership skills.

```Responsibilities```

- Oversee the week-to-week operations of the sports complex, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

- Manage a team of staff members, including scheduling, and weekly performance evaluations

- Develop and implement programs and activities to meet the needs and interests of the community

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for participants, staff, and visitors

- Coordinate with external vendors for concession food deliveries

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

- Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance of the Sports Complex

```Requirements```

- High School Diploma or Associates Degree (preferred)

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Knowledge of sports industry trends and best practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work flexible hours, this position is 1 or 2 evenings per week and weekends as needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
