Real Estate Zoning Manager manages the administration and acquisition for network site development in real estate field. Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Being a Real Estate Zoning Manager coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Real Estate Zoning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Real Estate Zoning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities:- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- 1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
