This manager is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader, the Director of Operations (DOO) increases the ability of the team to process transactions, freeing the Sales Team to focus more on generating transactions than closing them. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process. They will also have a strong understanding of the financials of the business and the overall pulse of the team.

    Compensation:

    • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
    • Bonus: $20,000 - $25,000 (based on performance, increases as the company grows)
    • Expected First Year Earnings: $80,000 - $90,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Organization & Management
    • Maintain the culture and customer care systems to ensure business growth and referrals from past, current, and future clients
    • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
    • Create and maintain employee onboarding systems
    • Help recruit agents to join the team
    • Help train and onboard new agents onto the team
    • Maintain the books, pay the bills, handle payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintained the budget, and generate financial reports
    • Oversee all contracts through closing
    • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
    • Track and review goals weekly
    • Attend training as needed
    • Schedule travel and training
    • Schedule and coordinate vendor visits to the team
    • Master the systems and websites used in tracking clients and contracts through Closing
    • Supervises all administrative and marketing processes
    • Continually look for ways to save money, increase sales & increase profitability
    • Customer/Agent Relationship Building
    • Build relationships with the clients
    • Acts as the gatekeeper for Team Lead

    Requirements:

    • College Degree
    • Driver’s license
    • Administrative experience in an office setting
    • Real Estate license (preferred but not required)
