Real Estate and Relocation Director directs and oversees a health care facility's real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location. Oversees the negotiation process for all transactions. Being a Real Estate and Relocation Director evaluates properties to ensure organizational needs are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Immediate full-time position is available for a results-oriented and self-motivated individual. Reporting directly to the Director of Relocation, the Relocation Coordinator will provide administrative and general support to the Relocation Services team. In addition, this position is responsible for accepting referrals from third-party clients, referral placement, and referral management from start to finish. Individual will act as a liaison between real estate agents and third-party clients.
