Real Estate and Relocation Director jobs in the United States

Immediate full-time position is available for a results-oriented and self-motivated individual. Reporting directly to the Director of Relocation, the Relocation Coordinator will provide administrative and general support to the Relocation Services team. In addition, this position is responsible for accepting referrals from third-party clients, referral placement, and referral management from start to finish.​ Individual will act as a liaison between real estate agents and third-party clients.

Individuals should have the following qualifications:

• Real estate / Relocation industry experience is helpful but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop/maintain positive working relationships. Includes superior ability to communicate - orally, in writing, in person.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, provide for timely follow up and make decisions with limited supervision.
• Manage job functions while maintaining client and other relationships.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to manage lead placements and understand all phases of a real estate transaction.
• Managing agent and customer concerns and expectations.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite and Google Office suite products
• Must be available for weekend coverage rotation within the department
