Records Manager develops and manages the company records department and information management programs. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records. Being a Records Manager evaluates and recommends media formats and storage requirements to be used for records/information. Ensures that processes and policies that comply with all regulatory requirements for record retention are followed. Additionally, Records Manager designs and implements systems and processes to protect and secure critical records and information. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Records Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Inventory Records and Maintenance Manager (Manager Plus)
Cashman Dredging and Marine Contracting Company, LLC (Cashman) is a leading provider of Dredging Services in the United States. Our Company performs capital and maintenance dredging, environmental remediation dredging, and beach nourishment work in the United States, the Caribbean, and South America.
We are currently seeking a motivated, self-starter to manage our Manager Plus equipment maintenance inventory system. In this role, you will be required to input, access, and maintain inventory records for various construction equipment and parts, including mobile crawler, barge-mounted cranes, conveyors, pay loaders, excavators, and other earth moving equipment. Responsibilities also include dispersing work orders and inputting completed work orders and notes into the system.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual seeking a Part-Time, 30-hour-per-week, flexible work schedule with a strong potential for growth! Experience in Manager Plus is preferred, but not required, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
