We are currently recruiting for Director of Marketing—the lead position for marketing and communications reporting to the VP of Sales. At present, this position has one direct report.

Work environment/requirements:
Office located at 985 N 900 W, Shipshewana, IN 46565 (not eligible for remote work). Position may require minimal air and car travel. Some work will be performed in the plant manufacturing environment with walking and trip hazards. There will be long periods of consecutive days standing and walking on various terrain during RV events, as well as sitting at a desk looking at a computer monitor for long periods of time. Vision acuity including color vision; communicating through phone, email, and in person; bending, twisting, kneeling, pulling, reaching with arms and hands; lifting up to 25 pounds; use of hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, cameras, and setting/staging RV units and trade shows.
