Recruiter - Home Care jobs in Meridian, ID
Recruiter - Home Care recruits qualified applicants to work in a home care facility such as nurses and home health aides. Places advertisements, attends job fairs, and heads in-house recruitment efforts. Being a Recruiter - Home Care performs initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement and makes recommendations to hiring managers. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Recruiter - Home Care typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Recruiter - Home Care gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. What is a PCA? A PCA is a personal care aide who goes to a clients home in their community to provide the services the client needs.
Job duties include;
Light housekeeping
Meal prep
Personal care
Hygiene assistance
Companionship
Our PCA class is local to you and is taught by our trained staff. We can have you ready to start your new career after just one day!
Pay is based on experience, certification and availability. Pay is paid out bi-weekly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
