Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Recruiter will have responsibility for assigned searches, from the requisition to the closure of the search as well as providing new hire preparation and general support to the department, and flex to assist in various functional areas based on business needs. Primary purpose in this role is to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and managing on-boarding processes through orientation.
