Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     As the Director of Recruiting, you will report to the VP of Human Resources, and be responsible for the following:

    Your Essential Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other recruiting professionals.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets hiring objectives.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline recruitment processes.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruiting team and regularly report on recruitment metrics.
    • Use data to analyze and improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a senior-level recruiting role, preferably as a Director or in a leadership capacity.
    • In-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
    • Ability to leverage technology for efficient and data-driven recruitment processes.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
