Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Contractor Services Department has openings for Contractor Service Coordinators.
As a Recruiting Coordinator under the direction of the Vendor manager, you will onboard new independent contractors into NFR’s field network within specific and targeted areas. This position is responsible for ensuring coverage for problem areas and/or replacing non-performing contractors in addition to recruiting 3rd party specialty companies.
Responsibilities include:
· Researching independent contractor leads
· Review of prospect inquiries
· Effective communication with potential inspectors, contractors, field network and internal partners
· Selling the benefits of working with NFR to independent contractors, onboarding contractors from initial inquiry through active vendor status
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, communication and problem solving skills. Computer experience requires knowledge of MS office suite. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is helpful.
A High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree, at least 3 years industry knowledge or related experience preferred. Or, the equivalent combination of education and experience.
