Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Recruiting Coordinator
A mission-driven organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team! The ideal candidate is creative, resilient, and has full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Non-profit or human services experience is a plus. This full-time, direct-hire role works in the Manchester, NH area with some regional travel to job fairs, networking events, and company offices.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator- Proactively sourcing talent for human service roles
- Manage & develop new relationships with recruitment partners
- Conduct phone interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and college recruitment events
- Responsible for the support of the overall company recruitment strategies
- Perform other related tasks and projects as required
Qualifications of the Recruiting Coordinator
- Previous experience in recruiting or account management
- Experience in human services and/or non-profit industry preferred
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with in person recruitment and job fairs
- Strong experience with sourcing talent
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of/presence on social media
