We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Director of Recruiting to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent sources to enhance the organization's recruitment efforts
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including passive candidates, through social media, professional networks, and other channels
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
• Implement and maintain a robust applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and generate reports for analysis
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance at all times
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process
• Extensive experience in sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
