Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Recruiting. This professional will lead our talent acquisition team and will be responsible for defining and delivering recruiting strategies. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and contracting top talent. This role combines managing and improving current hiring processes, ensuring a smooth recruiting operation, and seeking out new and innovative ways to help us attract the very best.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish recruiting needs and deploying a strategic plan to meet those needs.
- Leverage market data to drive company-wide recruiting strategies that scale and meet the needs of our evolving business.
- Sourcing, engaging and attracting top talent.
- Define, evaluate and report on key metrics that show measurable impact, productivity and efficiency of the recruiting team.
- Work closely with executive leadership in order to understand the staffing needs.
- Cultivate great relationships with internal team and centers of influence.
- Experience working with experienced financial advisors, wealth managers and insurance agents.

Desired Qualifications:
- 7 years of recruiting experience with a focus on corporate roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a recruiting team in a growth environment.

- Proficient use of ATS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for devising strategies for recruiting diverse talent.
