We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our driver recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in managing the members that attract and retain top talent to drive our company's success.

The role | The Manager of Driver Recruiting is responsible for...

• Supervising and providing direction to a team of Driver Recruiters
• Developing and assisting the team in executing recruitment and sales strategies to attract qualified drivers
• Collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure we're targeting the appropriate candidates and a seamless onboarding process
• Building and maintaining relationships with driver candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts

The requirements | This will be a perfect fit for you if...

• You have proven experience managing in driver recruitment or a similar role within the transportation industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sales techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

The details | What are the hours and location?

• This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm
• TransAm is based in Olathe, KS, the fourth-largest city in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Olathe is in the center of a national transportation network and has become one of the Midwest’s dominant business, economic, and cultural centers.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
