Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. SUMMARY
This role plays a crucial part in driving the recruitment, retention, and overall organizational culture of our company. The incumbent will be responsible for devising and executing strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement, nurturing a positive work atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing coaching and counseling to supervisors and team members.
