The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in the recruitment process of healthcare providers for Beebe Healthcare and Beebe Medical Group. This individual is responsible for coordinating interviews, travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position will host candidate visits from time-to-time which requires occasional transporting of candidates from one location to the next and making introductions to the hiring team. Additionally, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for daily recruitment team functions and managing various administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.
Candidate Coordination:
Schedule interviews and coordinate all logistics for both in-person and virtual interviews.
Ensure that candidates receive timely and accurate information about their interviews, including interview schedules, locations, and interviewers.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Must be proficient in the ability to prioritize the timeline of multiple candidate interviews in addition to other tasks.
Travel Arrangements:
Manage travel itineraries and ensure candidates' comfort during their visits to our facilities.
Arrange travel accommodations for out-of-town candidates, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

Candidate Experience Enhancement:
Prepare and send welcome and follow up gifts to candidates during interview process to create a positive impression and reinforce our commitment to their well-being.
Share candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Coordinate appointments with approved community resources to address candidate needs.
Schedule needed delivery of meals or reservations during candidate onsite interviews.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview schedules, and expenses.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful onboarding of new healthcare providers.
Other tasks as assigned.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Assist in coordinating communication efforts related to the recruitment process, such as sending confirmation emails and interview reminders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
