Recruiting Supervisor jobs in New Hampshire
Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Recruiting Coordinator
A mission-driven organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team! The ideal candidate is creative, resilient, and has full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Non-profit or human services experience is a plus. This full-time, direct-hire role works in the Manchester, NH area with some regional travel to job fairs, networking events, and company offices.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator- Proactively sourcing talent for human service roles
- Manage & develop new relationships with recruitment partners
- Conduct phone interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and college recruitment events
- Responsible for the support of the overall company recruitment strategies
- Perform other related tasks and projects as required
Qualifications of the Recruiting Coordinator
- Previous experience in recruiting or account management
- Experience in human services and/or non-profit industry preferred
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with in person recruitment and job fairs
- Strong experience with sourcing talent
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of/presence on social media
