Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Reports to the Manager, Recruiting Shared Services. Assists in supervising a team of specialists as assigned. Responsible for leading services provided to enhance the customer experience, operational discipline, and company-wide areas of scalability and efficiency, performance improvement, and service enhancement in compliance with government and management directives.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or other related degree. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education. One-year supervisory experience preferred. Experience with recruiting and other human resource activities preferred. Experience in a multi-disciplinary service center process model is preferred. Experience with ERP, CRM, and Work Management tools preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and project management skills. Unless waived by management, a valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
