Are you adept at harnessingthe power of existing customer relationships to drive referrals andenhance customer satisfaction TeamAlert is seeking a CustomerReferral Specialist to assist in crafting an impactful emailcampaign aimed at soliciting feedback and referrals from ouresteemed customerbase.

Responsibilities :

Email CampaignDevelopment : Collaborate closelywith the marketing team to design and execute a compelling emailcampaign tailored to our existing customers.

The campaigns primaryobjective is to gather Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from customers andmotivate them to providereferrals.

NPSCollection : Develop andimplement a streamlined process for collecting NPS scores from ourcustomer database via email.

ReferralGeneration : Leverage yourexpertise in customer referrals to drive engagement with ourreferral program. Craft persuasive communication to inspiresatisfied customers to refer their peers and industry contacts toTeamAlerts suite ofservices.

CustomerEngagement : Monitor customerresponses to the email campaign and proactively engage withcustomers to address inquiries or concerns.

Cultivate positiverelationships with customers to foster ongoing engagement andactive participation in our referralinitiatives.

Refresher TrainingPromotion : Analyze NPS scores toidentify customers who may benefit from refresher trainingsessions. Develop targeted messaging to promote these trainingopportunities to customers seeking additional support or seeking toenhance their proficiency with TeamAlertssolutions.

Requirements

Demonstratedexperience in conceptualizing and executing successful emailcampaigns targeting existing customers preferably within thesoftwareasaservice (SaaS)sector.

Profoundunderstanding of customer referral programs and strategies formaximizing customer engagement andparticipation.

Exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to craft compelling messagingthat resonates with customers and motivatesaction.

Detailorientedapproach with strong analytical skills capable of interpreting datainsights to inform campaign optimization and customer engagementstrategies.

Selfmotivatedand resultsdriven mindset with a proactive approach toproblemsolving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customerexperiences.
