Regional Agency Director jobs in Greenville, SC
Regional Agency Director is responsible for all facets of sales performance for insurance agencies within a designated geographic area. Develops policies, objectives, and initiatives for agencies in the region and is responsible for ensuring the region meets its projected goals. Being a Regional Agency Director coordinates operations with those of other regions. Directs agency and district managers in achieving their goals and objectives of securing the optimum volume of high-quality business at proper cost. Additionally, Regional Agency Director is responsible for number of premiums written per region. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Agency Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Regional Agency Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Responsibilities
As a Licensed Sales Producer:
- Take inbound calls for people looking to purchase auto and home insurance.
- You will contact mono line customers to cross sell.
- contact existing customers to schedule annual policy reviews.
- take warm phone transfer leads: and quote new business.
- you will identify customers' needs and recommend market appropriate products and solutions.
- close sales

- Have good verbal and written communication skills
