Our Brand is seeking an experienced Area Director/Regional Director to provide leadership and guidance to multiple area locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall Performance will be measured by the financial results and employee development/engagement of district.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing relationships with Managers and restaurant teams.
• Plan and execute district level strategies to achieve each store’s financial and operational goals.
• Maintaining company and brand standards in food safety, product and facility specifications.
• Introducing and reinforcing new products and initiatives.
• Development of in-store leadership teams.
• Qualifications:
• 5 years of restaurant management experience with a minimum of two years at the multi-unit/region level; preferably in a fast-food environment.
• Must have a fundamental understanding of profit & loss statements and operations analytics that help drive sales and revenues.
• Proven ability in leading and developing a high performing team.
• Excellent decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, coaching and customer focus.
• Ability to work flexible hours with area travel required.
• Other requirements:
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Quarterly Bonus potential
