The Regional Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Manufacturing company needs a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources. I have two job openings. One is with an automotive company, one is with a food company. One job is in a Memphis suburb in Arkansas. The other is in northwestern Tennessee. Relocation assistance is available.     The clients seek an experienced manager who is an effective communicator and capable of working independently. The selected candidate will partner with plant management to meet corporate objectives and enhance plant productivity and morale. Will have human resources oversight for both salaried and hourly employees.

    • Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, employee development, training, and employee communications
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies, practices, and procedures.
    • Responsible for compensation and salary administration
    • Ensure compliance with all employment-related federal, state and local government laws.
    • Manage administration and communication of benefit programs.
    • Manage administrative transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum three years’ experience as a human resources manager, with well-rounded earlier generalist experience. 
    • Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment, with HR oversight for several hundred people. Corporate level HR experience is preferred.
    • HR certification, SPHR or PHR is preferred.
    • Should have knowledge about OSHA and safety training.
