    OpenEye is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director, Regional Account Sales to lead our team of Account Executives in the video security industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the video security market, and a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets.

    Job Summary

    As Director, Regional Account Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving the overall performance of the sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Hire, build and develop a team of Account Executives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to drive sales success.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to meet sales objectives.
    • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.
    • Coordinate and lead weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and present them to senior management.
    • Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, product knowledge, and market trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales ops, and customer service, to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
    • Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years leading quota carrying sales professionals , preferably at a SaaS or high growth technology company.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach.io etc.).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Strong customer relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Proven ability to successfully hire and train new sales representatives and coach lower performers to success.
    • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results.

    • The base pay range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $150,000 annually. In addition, this position is eligible for on target commission between $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
