Job Summary

Plans, organizes, directs, and administers all activities involved in the operation, maintenance, safety and security of all facilities and grounds, as well as ensuring the reliable operation of all systems and equipment. Preserves the organization’s capital investments and coordinates the activities within all areas of construction and remodeling, including the provision of construction and technical assistance to other departments. Establishes goals, objectives, and standards of performance; develops and implements operating policies and procedures; interprets policies, standards, regulations, and codes. Acts as hospital facilities safety and security director.
