Caring Places Management is actively recruiting qualified candidates to fill a unique role as our Regional Director of Operations based in Oregon State. This full-time, exempt position is a highly impactful leadership role that is critical to maintaining exceptional standards of resident care, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance for multiple communities within a defined region. The Regional Director of Operations is an ambassador for Caring Places’ culture, mission and core values and will cultivate meaningful relationships with staff, management, residents, families, regulatory agencies, and local communities.
