The primary goal of the Registrar’s Office Assistant is to be the first point of contact with our constituents. The Registrar’s Office is a very student-facing office and interacts closely and frequently with students, alumni, parents, faculty, other college staff, and community members. This position is well-versed in Registrar policies and procedures, and provides excellent customer service. This position will also provide support to other Registrar’s Office staff members as needed.
This position is part-time and year-round, including summers. We can be flexible as to which hours of each day this position will work, as long as it is between the hours of 8am and 5pm and approximately 25-28 hours per week. This can be discussed further in the interview process.

Provide timely and professional customer service to incoming office traffic, phone calls, and general registrar email inquiries.
- Resolve routine customer service issues. Route complicated issues to the appropriate Registrar’s Office staff member.
- Work with guest students on enrollment, including high school dual-enrolled students and their guidance counselors.
- Complete enrollment certifications and verification forms for students.
- Assist with student schedule changes.
- Sort and deliver mail to appropriate personnel.
- Assistance with special projects and events throughout the year.
- Provide clerical and data entry assistance to Registrar’s Office staff members.
- Maintain office supplies. Order and purchase new supplies as needed.
