Description: Carroll College is seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant for the Registrar’s Office. The Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Registrar’s Office and performing front office duties in all areas related to student academic records, registration, transcript requests, and commencement. This position is responsible for daily management of transcript requests, enrollment and degree verifications, and registration changes for enrolled Carroll students and alumni, and responds to requests and inquiries from students, faculty, and members of the public needing assistance.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 1 to 2 years administrative support experience. Experience working with records management systems preferred.
