Dean College invites applications for the position of Assistant Registrar within the Office of the Registrar. The Office of the Registrar works behind the scenes to find and produce ways to improve the student, faculty, and staff experience at Dean College.
The Assistant Registrar is primarily responsible for maintaining academic and curriculum information for all enrolled students. In addition, the Assistant Registrar is familiar with the software applications the College maintains to evaluate transfer credit, build the semester course schedule, provide enrollment reporting on a regular basis in compliance with state, local and national agencies, and produce reports to assist with managing daily activities. This position works closely with the Registrar and shares many operational functions with the other members of the office (examples: academic major changes, graduation audits, grade changes, transcript production). As a partner with other campus departments, the Assistant Registrar works collaboratively with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Student Financial Services, and Success and Career Advisors to maintain accurate and reliable student records.
