Community Home Health Care is looking for a client care coordinator supervisor. As Coordinator Supervisor, you will be significantly involved in the coordination department's day-to-day activities, as well as responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of coordinators.

Requirements:

• Ability to problem-solve and multitask
• Ability to perform various computer functions for information concerning a patient and aid in scheduling and coordination, assisting with communication between departments and overall office operations
• Proficient in customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee and manage a team of customer service coordinators
• Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their customer service skills
• Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and identify trends
• Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional support to customers
