Job Responsibilites
1. In the role of RN Home Care Supervisor, ensures compliance with Licensed Care and Private Duty policies and procedures.
2. Implements Total Quality Management activities relating to client satisfaction, compliance with Agency paperwork renewal, incident reporting, and the annual home health agency program evaluation.
3. Ensures implementation of the private duty supervision program.
4. Assists the director in resolution of client and caregiver matters.
5. Supervises the Greater Home Health, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
7. Participates in the orientation, training, and continuing education of home care aides.
8. Works to meet agency service and budget goals.
Performs the initial home care assessment in the client’s home.
Explains all home care service policies to the client, including rates of service, billing options, HIPAA Privacy; and obtains signature of acknowledgement.
1. Based on the needs assessment and in conjunction with the client/family, completes an individualized Care Plan.
2. Completes all initial client paperwork and initiates the Client Registration process for PDN RN/LPN Cases.
3. Coordinates home care services and care plan implementation with the staffing team.
