Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care supervises the delivery of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech/language pathology programs to patients in a homecare setting. Responsible for providing consultation and monitoring of the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care provides clinical consultation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. At DuBois Home Care, we take pride in taking care of others and providing quality care to those in their homes. We are now looking to add a Supervisor to our team! The supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Director with administrative duties, as well as providing direct care as needed. This position is Monday through Friday, rotating on-call with the Director every other week.
