Rehabilitation Services Supervisor jobs in Albuquerque, NM

Clients in the PSR program are in recovery from serious and persistent mental illness. All program activities are designed to provide clients with the skills necessary to recover from their illness and gain independence. PSR instructors are responsible for facilitating psychosocial educational groups and assisting with the daily functioning of PSR.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions (some duties may not be performed by all employees assigned this position title):

• Facilitate psychosocial, educational and recreational groups for persons with mental illness as part of an inter-disciplinary treatment team.
• Assist in the development of curricula for PSR classes and writing lesson plans.
• Act as a positive role model for consumers. This includes modeling appropriate dress, behavior, communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings and treatment team meetings as required.
• Work as an active member of the clinical team. This includes attending clinical meetings, sharing pertinent information about consumer behavior and helping to carry out the decisions of those meetings.
• Complete weekly progress notes, consumer assessments, critical incident reports and lesson plans.
• Track client attendance for all groups on a weekly basis and provide information to supervisor.
• Complete client billing on a weekly basis and submit to supervisor.
• Maintain ongoing communication regarding recovery process with supervisor and Team Leader/Therapists.
• Provide input and participate in the QI process, attend its quarterly meetings, and provide updates on achieving established goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
