Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     11p-7a Every Other Weekend

    What You'll Do:

     

    As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
    • Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
    • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
    • Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
    • Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
    • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

    Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

    • Valid state nursing license
    • Advanced degree or certification preferred
    • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
    • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
    • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
    • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
