NOW HIRING: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and oversee the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure that all areas of the nursing home, including resident rooms, common areas, and administrative offices, are maintained according to established standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures to meet infection control guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and oversee procurement as needed.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in housekeeping management is a plus.
