Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Assist in the supervision of the maintenance of roads, airports, landfills, and equipment.

Assist in the management of all Village Services operations and personnel.
Assist in establishing a priority road network, assuring that these roads are open and usable at all times.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, supervising and handling personnel issues.
Assist in maintaining employee and equipment records.
Assist in coordinating equipment maintenance and record keeping.
Serve as Acting Village Services Supervisor when necessary.
Serve as an Equipment Operator or Mechanic as necessary.
Conduct safety meetings and instruct personnel regarding Borough policies and procedures.
May be required to work a non-traditional work schedule to include evening, holidays and weekends and may be subject to 24 hour on-call status.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of North Slope Borough organization, operations, policies and procedures.
Skill in using personal computers and a variety of software applications.
Skill in working under pressure of deadlines, and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with department staff and other Borough employees.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with co-workers, other Borough employees and representatives from other local, state and Federal agencies.
High school graduate or G.E.D/or, a combination of 12 years of education and related work experience.
Two years experience with the operation and maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment;
Two years supervisory experience;
Valid Alaska Commercial Driver's License that meets North Slope Borough insurance criteria;
