Rehabilitation Services Supervisor jobs in Maine
Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Requirements of the Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician
- You must be 18 years or older
- Have a high-school diploma or equivalent GED
- Able to pass a criminal history background check
- MUST have a current/valid Maine driver's license and MUST be insurable
- Satisfactory Driving Record check will be required for successful employment
- Able to attend ALL mandatory trainings and staff meetings
- Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation

Shift :Wednesday 7a-3p, Thursday 8a-8p, Friday 8a-8p and Saturday 7a-3p
