Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. What You'll Do
The Resettlement Supervisor plans and implements programming, coordinates core service delivery, supervises staff, ensures program goals are met, and satisfies budgetary, compliance and reporting responsibilities according to contract standards. Guide the implementation of the program and ensure all core services are completed in a timely manner including the provision of safe, sanitary, and affordable housing, airport pickups, home visits, school enrollment, domestic health assessments, and access to public benefits. Manage relationships with internal and external partners necessary for the effective delivery of services.
Service provision oversight and support may occur during normal business hours, after hours, or on weekends.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and 2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates with the language skills to meet the needs of clients is preferred, but not required.
