***Average annual salary is $58,635.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)***

***This position has hybrid capabilities for those that live in or around the Pittsburg area***

We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to add to our Permanency team! All you need is an advanced degree in social work or comparable human service field, OR, a bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human service field and four years’ experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure! We will teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Supervisor

As a supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families so children can return to their families or be adopted. Supervisors work with court systems and case managers to ensure families are getting the supports and services they need to help children live happy and healthy lives.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, has managerial skills and who wants to help staff build on their strengths to support families and children for healthy long-lasting relationships. We want someone who has a desire to help staff become strong advocates for children and their families!
