DAY IN THE LIFE AS DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES
As Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for counseling residents and coordinating any necessary psyche services. You'll also be asked to participate in behavior meetings, and coordinating room changes. As required, you keep accurate records for each resident you work with, including MDS logs, and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately.
